Leadership From A Dancing Guy

The guy of the video is definetely a leader. As the little boy in The Emperor´s New Clothes tale, he is one of those persons that cannot be silenced. It might seem stupid but the truth is that without this people we would not be able to evolve. We can find two kinds of "spiral brakers":

• Hard-Core Nonconformists: The ones that believe really strongly about something and would never change their opinion about it.

• Avant Garde Visionaries: Those that are one step further than the rest of the people.
